Who knows what the future holds? Perhaps trees do – after all some have been around for a long long time – a particular olive tree in the Middle East is said to be over 1,000 years old. That wood will always be with us and we will always use it is not disputed. We need to conserve trees, continue to increase the size of forests and fight against deforestation.
