Please take note
Please note fees are reviewed annually – usually in December and take effect from 1st January!
Also note there are 2 components to our fees – one is tuition only – the second is in respect of materials and consumables costs which are constantly under review given our high inflation rate.
No refunds will be given for sessions not attended
On inquiry, an enrollment application form will be sent to prospective students which needs to be completed & returned with a deposit to secure a place on the course applied for. The deposit required depends on the course enrolled for and is indicated on our introductory letter. The deposit may be deducted from the total fee BUT “NO SHOW – NO REFUND.”
Students should bring with them writing materials and any refreshments they may require. Photo’s may be taken of your work as no handouts are provided.
Students missing a particular session may take a ‘make-up’ session provided adequate notice is given. Usually, these ‘make-up’ sessions are given on weekdays – preferably on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoons but may be on alternative days / times as may be agreed upon.
